Capturing the world class market for our exclusively private PAYNE-MASON cigars took years of development. A World Wide Search
PAYNE-MASON investigated chocolatiers worldwide for over two years, searching the globe to find the highest standards of quality and a No Compromise policy. The major distributors and notable manufacturers were often not up to the challenge. Large batches and high volume production methods, as well as the use of condensed and powdered milk, eliminated most chocolatiers from consideration. Of all the European and North American chocolatiers considered, only one met the high standards demanded by PAYNE-MASON and our clients.
The Formulation
Our buyers search the world for the highest grade cocoa to create the perfect piece of chocolate. Seldom used exotic varieties of chocolates were discovered and shipped to our kitchens for use in the creation of Premiere Cru Chocolates. As a result, unique, hand crafted, one of a kind truffle and caramel recipes were fashioned by our master chocolatiers, using only the highest grade of cocoas, pure cane sugar, and ultra heavy cream.
Produced in small batches of 250 pieces or fewer, each Premiere Cru Chocolate reaches the highest level of quality and flavor. Every recipe is designed to achieve the balance and excitement true chocolate aficionados appreciate. Selected nuts are gently roasted on site to ensure quality levels. The attention to detail is not only in the creation of these masterpieces, but also highlighted in the final designs and finishing touches of each individual selection.
